Dealivex ("we", "our", "us") operates the institutional AI due diligence platform accessible at dealivex.com. We are based in Greece and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection law.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: email address and display name, collected when you register. Stored in Supabase (EU region).
• Usage data: analyses submitted, timestamps, and investment report content you upload. Stored in Supabase and processed on our API servers.
• Payment data: subscription and billing information processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Analytics data: anonymous page-view and performance metrics collected by Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers are stored; data is aggregated and cannot be linked back to you.
• Communication data: messages submitted via our contact form, processed by Formspree.

We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• To provide and operate the Dealivex platform — contractual necessity
• To manage your subscription and process payments — contractual necessity
• To store your analysis history and allow you to retrieve past reports — contractual necessity
• To improve platform performance and diagnose issues — legitimate interest
• To respond to support enquiries — legitimate interest
• To comply with legal obligations under EU and Greek law — legal obligation

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records). Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to you.

We share data with the following sub-processors, all of whom operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

• Supabase, Inc. — database and authentication (EU region hosting available)
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (Standard Contractual Clauses applied)
• Vercel, Inc. — web hosting and anonymous analytics
• Formspree, Inc. — contact form submission handling
• Railway — API backend hosting

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication session token (necessary for platform operation) and your cookie consent preference. Vercel Analytics may set analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

By accessing or using Dealivex ("the Service") at dealivex.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dealivex.

Dealivex is an AI-powered institutional due diligence analysis platform. Users may upload PDF due diligence reports and receive automated, multi-agent committee analysis including investment scores, risk identification, contradiction detection, and financial assessments.

The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only. Dealivex outputs do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or legal advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Available plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are described on the pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Free plan usage is subject to fair-use limits and may be modified at any time

Given the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure that prevented meaningful use of the Service during a billing period
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Requests made within 48 hours of initial subscription where no analyses have been run

To request a refund, contact dealivexai@gmail.com with your account email and reason. Refund decisions will be communicated within 5 business days.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal content or material that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Use the Service to make unsupervised financial decisions affecting third parties
• Circumvent usage limits or plan restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Dealivex platform, including its design, algorithms, and analysis outputs, is owned by Dealivex and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Dealivex a limited licence to process your documents solely to deliver the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise Dealivex outputs without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Dealivex analysis outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dealivex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
